Rather than fully illustrate these facilities here and now, we'll leave it until a little later on. Some apps will be provided in this section, and you will soon see that they are PC friendly as described above. The javascript/JQuery apps offered there are mostly PC friendly, together with their HELP pages and PRINTING MODULES.

In sum, we now have four types of web page:

1) Unfriendly (original) or "VANILLA"
2) Mobile friendly
3) PC friendly
4) Printer Viewport friendly.

All (except the first) produced with exacly the same webProg3 extension.

By far, the best piece of advice I can give you is to ALWAYS save ORIGINAL versions of your webpages, regardless of whether they are subsequently friendified. Keep them under lock and key! WebProg3 is only able to upload STANDARD (original) pages.

But we are all human, and sometimes (or often) fail! What then? You have friendly pages up at your website, and wish to modify them, but you cannot find the originals anymore. What then?

If the pages involved are for MOBILE really, then I have some bad news for you. You've had your chips! There's nothing you can do except re-design the pages from scratch.

But here's the good news. The other types of friendified pages, where the widgets extend across the entire width of the screen, have a chance of recuperation.

What follows here are the details of a DEFRIENDIFY UTILITY APP. Just upload your friendly (non-portable) page to it, and what pops out the end is a new Standard version which webProg3 will understand. Phew!
